What did you do before joining IDOL?

After working in artist management for a few years, I co-founded a management company in 2021 and a publishing company in 2023. I’ve had the chance to work with some truly amazing artists and professionals, and I’m still involved in these projects today.

What is your current job title?

I’m a Label Manager, working with a roster of independent labels that I support and advise on their releases. I also act as a bridge between the labels and the various teams and areas of expertise within IDOL, helping make sure they get the best possible service and support.

What drew you to work at IDOL?

I actually started my career in the music industry at IDOL back in 2014 during my very first internship. So when the opportunity came up, it felt like a natural fit. When the opportunity to join IDOL came along, it felt like a natural next step: a chance to bring my experience into a larger team environment and contribute to a company whose vision and values resonate strongly with me.

Can you share a personal anecdote or hobby that you’re particularly interested in?

I’m really passionate about vintage objects, flea markets, and all things antique. I can completely fall for some strange 1960s object whose purpose I don’t even understand: weird, but beautiful.

What’s your latest IDOL musical discovery?

I’m fortunate to work with the Pan European, whose roster I greatly admire. I recently discovered one of their latest signings, Lutèce Lockness, and was instantly captivated, she’s a truly unconventional and mesmerizing artist.

What did you do before joining IDOL?

Before joining IDOL, I spent a year at Believe, first as an intern and then under a short-term contract. I provided day-to-day digital distribution support for their distribution roster of labels and artists. During that time, I also completed my Master’s degree in Management at emlyon business school. Earlier in my studies, I also spent 6 months as an intern at Groover.

What is your job title, and what kind of responsibilties does that entail?

I am an Integration Manager for Labelcamp. My role is to act as a primary point of contact for distributors using the platform. With my team (Vincent and Magalie) we assist distributors with technical troubleshooting and onboarding, while also setting up and optimizing delivery feeds to DSPs, working in close collaboration with the rest of the Labelcamp team.

What drew you to work at IDOL?

I’ve enjoyed working in companies combining music and tech in the past, and I wanted to continue growing in this field. I was particularly drawn to IDOL’s independent mindset and its human scale. I had also heard great things about the company’s work environment and culture, which made it a very natural choice for me.

Can you share a personal anecdote or hobby that you’re particularly passionate about?

Chess has been a passion of mine since I was a kid. I was quite active in my teens and even managed to win some departmental championships during those years. If there are any other players at IDOL, I’d love to connect for a game!

What’s your latest IDOL musical discovery?

Recently, I’ve been enjoying listening to Hayden Pedigo’s album, “I’ll Be Waving As You Drive Away”, released on Mexican Summer. I think my favorite track is “Smoked”!

What did you do before joining IDOL?

Before joining the IDOL team, I worked as an A&R Manager at Believe Germany, where I was responsible for signing new artists and labels.

What is your current job title?

In my current role as GSA Label Manager, I manage the relationship with our label partners, providing strategic campaign support and coordinating with our global internal teams to maximize the reach and impact of their releases.

What drew you to work with IDOL?

IDOL has been on my radar for quite some time due to its impressive roster. IDOL’s boutique approach, genuine dedication to label partners, and the great overall team dynamic are what ultimately won me over.

Can you share a personal anecdote or hobby that you’re particularly happy about?

As a big animal lover, I fulfilled a dream last year by adopting my wonderful dog Lua. She’s a Galgo Español – a Spanish sighthound breed with a distressing plight, which has made me a passionate advocate for rescue dogs finding their forever homes. Galgos are such charming, calm, and quirky souls; Lua truly makes me laugh every single day.

What’s your latest IDOL musical discovery?

I’ve always had a great affinity for Connan Mockasin’s work, so I was thrilled to discover him in the roster alongside the other fantastic Mexican Summer releases.
